Where or how can I upgrade my Dell Lattitude XPi 166MHz laptop with more MHz and memory?
If it is a 166Mhz laptop most likely they do not make an upgraded CPU for that. Even if they did it would only be about a 233Mhz processor and there would be no noticable differance 
You might be able to find more memory for it though online through ebay. Old laptop SIMM memory is scarce.
