Is it matters if i put a core 2 duo on a asus mother board?will it lower da performance than intel motherboar?
Its difficult to determine what exactly you are asking here. I assume you are wondering if putting an Intel Core2Duo CPU on an Asus motherboard will lower the performance, as opposed to an Intel board?
To answer that question, I would say: No. Asus is a very reputable manufacturer of motherboards. They have products covering a wide range features. Certain modifications to your PC require a stable motherboard and RAM. This sort of modification is called overclocking. When overclocking you change the default factory settings of the CPU or RAM, allowing you to increase the power. For instance it is possible to overclock an Intel E6600 2.4GHz CPU to run at 3GHz or more. This however will put extra strain on your hardware and increase the heat generated by the components. For this reason it is necessary to have a durable motherboard. In my experiecne the higher-end Asus motherboards that are designed for this purpose out perform the Intel boards. Also, CPU manufacturers look down on the process of overclocking and may not build board to support this kind of tweaking.
When buying a motherbaord, keep in mind that you do get what you pay for. Meaning that if you find an Asus board that sells in the same range as the Intel board, don't expect it to wildly outperform the Intel board. The benefit of choosing an Asus board, or one from another major manufacturer, is that you have a variety of options many of which are sold in the same price range. Read reviews and find a stable, reliable motherboard that will suit the type of computing you plan to do. Try NewEgg.com
