I base my answer off the fact that you can get a Phenom ii x4 965 and a Radeon 4890 in a sweet build for less than $800
The biggest thing hurting this build is the Core i3. They make cheaper core 2 duos better than this thing. The i3 came out just so that Intel would have a dual-core use for their new socket
