Amd Micro Atx

does am4 fit in a am3+?
I'm browsing for a AMD Micro-ATX motherboard and I wondered if am4 could be compatible with am3+, because I'd like a motherboard that is AM4 ready and compatible?
I mean what I say... AMD socket AM3+, will it mean that AM4 is compatible with this socket or not!?
Don't twist or assume what I'm trying to say or ask, I'm asking plain as I explained it earlier with my problem..."Is AM4 compatible with a AM3+ Socket?"
AM3 is backwards compatible with Socket AM2. You can use Socket AM3 processors in a Socket AM2 motherboard.
AMD has already stated that the AM4 will be backwards compatible in the same way. You should be able to put a socket AM4 processor on a Socket AM3 motherboard.
AMD can do this because their memory controller is on the chip itself. Socket AM3 processors contain both a DDR2 memory controller for Socket AM2, and a DDR3 controller for Socket AM3.
